So maybe describe how that, again, how the organizations work similarly, but differently.

Yeah, so it was interesting going back to, you know, I had an opportunity, thankfully, to join a lot of different firms.

Four of the five firms that I had an offer at are now the same firm.

And so I actually joined a boutique when I left school and it had at the max 500 consultants and it was very specialized.

We did not do everything.

It was public, which was very unique.

It was founded by somebody who had left the number two at Anderson at the time, had went off and started his own company.

This is our 52nd annual event.

It's at the Frederick County Fairgrounds in Clearbrook.

It's both Saturday and Sunday from 10 o'clock till 5.

We have a car show on Saturday.

We also have a pie baking contest at noon on Saturday, as well as on Sunday, Barry Lee will be our emcee for the pie eating contest, both for kids and adults.
