The answer really is that you and I are both exposed to C. difficile all the time.

And I have never been checked per se, but I'm pretty confident that I'm colonized, although I might not be.

The reality here is that I think that we are at risk being healthcare practitioners.

I think it's probably within our system.

And then on top of that, do you have non-modifiable risk factors that's going to increase your risk when you're in that particular environment where there's high pressure of C. difficile?
