How is him helping to keep musicians in our city?

Yeah, that's a great question.

I think, first of all, what we do is we try to provide assistance where we can so musicians can free up their dollars to pay for those critical expenses around housing in particular.

And so we help them out with their health insurance where we can with premium assistance, also with dental assistance so they can maintain their oral health care.

We also have the Basic Needs Program that we launched about six years ago during the pandemic that he kept to help with facing needs around groceries, prescription assistance, transportation.

And so we do this in a way in partnership with our musicians to make sure that we can help them stretch their income as much as possible because, you know, 75% of our musicians earn less than $35,000 a year.

50% earn less than $25,000 a year.
