But as the show was ending and you knew it was going to end, how did you, as somebody who infested so much of yourself into the show, learn to accept that it was ending and then get excited about what's next?
42:09
That's not a downer.
42:12
When the writer's room ended, I felt nothing.
42:15
And then I went to the, I think I was talking to you guys about this.
42:18
I went to the table read for the last episode, which is when everyone gets the scripts and you sit around and you read the episode out loud.
42:25
It was a closed room.

So it was just the cast and the Duffers and like two or three other people and me.

I want to understand, are these high points in the audience experience already established? um known when they're going to happen and i'm sure there are a lot of ideas that went into coming up with this one idea but how are these imagined in the writer's room and are these like okay i have you have to have like two big high points in this towards the end of the series or is it just um a function of um you know will's arc and coming up with that where where he gains that power and it's like a you know climactic moment for the audience
5:55

Someone will tap me on the shoulder and ask me if I wanna be on Grey's Anatomy, and I will say yes, and I'll go from there.

And then moved to LA, I was 24-And basically quit acting as soon as I got to town.
6:09
As soon as I landed, I was like, "I can't do this.
6:12
This is not for me." And then I waited tables for about 10 years, and then I got the job on Stranger Things.
6:18
So there was some in between there.
6:20
There was this movie that I was obsessed with, this movie You Can Count On Me with Mark Ruffalo.

Maybe you could talk to us how you navigated some of those conflicts, given that you were friends before, and how that played into it.
