Yeah, like right now with AI, there's things like AI summaries that will summarize your inbox and that's already become a thing right now.

And so at some level, like that does impact opens and it does open the engagement.

But on the flip side of it, at the end of the day, I love things like this in business.

That's why I've been here 28 years, still doing it.

Because when everybody else throws their hands up in the air and is like, ah, all technology is making email harder.
