Yeah.

So, you know, there's a few things.

You have to have solid technical skills.

I would be remiss if I didn't say, look, it's not just about having great communication or storytelling or partnering skills.

You have to understand how to build a model.

You need to be able to do analysis.

These tend to be really big decisions and the kinds of things that do call for empathy, coming back to where you started.
