So please tell us, what has widow community meant to you?

My goodness, I'm not even sure how to begin.

[laughs] Uh, widow community is so powerful, um, when you're in that place of darkness and, you know, you think weeping's gonna, you know, last for a night, but joy comes in the morning, and sometimes your weeping may be for months.

You know, you just ...

That place of hurt and pain, and you don't know what to do, and you're alone.

You feel very alone.

And coming into a group and joining with the Widow Goals when I've come to join and talking with Michelle and, and her book, um, that she's written and learning steps to do for when you're widowed.

It's worth it.
