So did you realize how international it would become? You know, was there a specific cultural moment where you felt, oh, there's something shifting here? Like, what's what? What is this? What is this that I've just created?

Well, I didn't realize when I started it.

I really didn't.

I just I thought it would be mostly American women.

I'm from the US.

And as I said, when I got that first poem, which was ironically from a man, a young man, and he contributed for a long while at that time, Nigeria wasn't part of the partner program.

And so that means those writers weren't getting paid.
