Give us what's so special about this grinder that you've created and why have you made a grinder in the first place? I think

it all starts with the roasting.

We made the April Brewer because back in around 2019, obviously the landscape in coffee brewing equipment has changed a lot the last few years.

But back then, most brewers that was developed were developed from cultures and companies that with very different approaches to roasting than what April has.

So obviously, let's say the three most famous ones, Chemex, Hario B60, Kalita, are all based on different cultures and all produced in a time where we roasted very differently.

So that's where initially April Brewer came from.

And the grinder came out of actually a very, very similar idea because how we roast the coffee, what kind of coffee we roast, obviously the brewer we choose to use dictates what that grinder needs to do and able to give us the cup of quality that we want to.

What's in the name, SP Coffee?
