So that means that extrapolating out a little bit, if we did 100%, we would probably end up with something like, let's say, 180 mischarges or something like that in a three-month period, meaning that we're looking at about 60 missed charges per month or two a day on average.

So I think it's just a way to allow you to do some quick maths to get a rough idea of where your clinic is at.

And of course, every clinic is very different.
