Patrick Williams on SkySense if they have any questions.
12:24
Well, feel free to give us a call at 888-759-1947.
12:30
And we're also going to be at the Holloway Soils in Action Field Day in Lost Hills, California on October 22nd.
12:39
If you can't make that, visit us online at www.skysense.ag.
13:38
And this is where SkySense comes in.
13:40
Yeah, absolutely.
13:42
Not only do we handle the labor and the pilots for the process, but we've got a whole team of AI engineers who are working around the clock to develop better and better algorithms for us to see those birds and animals out there, identify them, and chase them with the drone.
41:24
How can you help the farmers?
41:27
Thanks, Nick.
41:27
SkySense is a company that, uh, remotely operates drones all across the United States.
41:33
Uh, we can fly these things day or night.
41:35
Uh, we've got thermal cameras to see what's going on the farm, uh, at nighttime.
41:41
And, uh, if somebody's out there trying to break into your truck or steal, uh, your scrap, uh, we can see 'em and let 'em know that you want 'em off the property.
43:25
How does that work?
43:25
work?Yeah, one of the biggest problems with traditional methods of wildlife control is that the animals habituate to it.
43:45
So the SkySense drones are scaring off the birds.
43:49
Yeah.
43:49
So, so the drones are being operated remotely from our office, and those drones are flying around with 120 decibel speaker on top of them, and we'll play whatever sounds are necessary to keep those birds from damaging that crop.
44:04
And if they start to get used to one sound, we switch it up, and then the combination of that drone flying around, they don't get used to it like they do, uh, bird cannons and, and other types of stationary noisemakers.
45:16
Patrick, with ROI, the return on investment is gonna be quickly because so much damage in the field from birds and wildlife.
45:24
Yeah, absolutely.
45:25
The return on investment, uh, to the average grower with this service is pretty fast.
45:30
Uh, you know, even minor reductions in bird damage and, uh, to a crop can, can pay significant dividends.
