Oh, yeah, scheduling definitely huge.

But I'll give Gabe more credit like that, you know, like I've watched products roll out, who's the last person in there, and the one who's getting pushed out the quickest the controls people, right.

So a lot of times these buildings just get buttoned up.

And they were they were never meeting design, especially the older ones.

Now there's tools to do that.

So when Gabe did that work, I'd go farther and say I was scheduling he, he, he implemented the design the sequence as designed, which probably was better than how it was left.

You got to kind of prioritize how valuable it is to the portfolio.
