But yeah, essentially, Missoula County's role here, we as a local government, we're not proposing the data center development.

This is private property, and we have some zoning regulations in place that set some guidelines for what sorts of appropriate uses can take place on these properties and set some specific design standards to mitigate those impacts.

Ultimately, the role that we are playing when these developments come in is we're evaluating them for compliance with these regulations.
