Back in the early days, I was practicing law, trying to figure out the newly emerging structured finance through the RTC, the Resolution Trust Corporation, putting together real estate finance into the capital markets.

And along comes the CSSA, and that stands for something that's far too long to explain on this short podcast.

But it came along to organize us.

And I've been involved on the capital market structured finance side since about 96 or whenever we got started.
