And Brandon Johnson will count on the black vote, as long as it's not significantly split, and I don't think Willie Wilson is significantly splitting it, that the black vote could theoretically be enough to get Brandon Johnson into the runoff.

The question is, does Janulius have messaging that gets him to crack some of that, get Johnson from... 70 percent to 60 percent of the black vote or 80 percent to 70 percent of the black vote.

What's Mendoza's lane? Janulius is the labor lane and the Lakeshore liberal lane.

I think we had a pretty good indication come Saturday afternoon, because we had been trying to get a hold of Bill Cunningham, who was the Senate sponsor from the far south side of Chicago, who's one of the most competent senators.

And he had been essentially radio silence on where they were.

So it wasn't until Sunday night when Senate Democrats had a caucus where we knew they were doing the Bears stuff, pulling the House bill, pulling the idea of stripping it down to just the Bears, you something else.

Who knows? Their hour caucus went two and a half hours.

The Bears have said for, for literal years now, "We'll put up the money for our own stadium.

We just need help with infrastructure.

We need help with, with property taxes." There are estimates that a property tax bill on a, a new stadium in Arlington Heights, in Cook County with those wacky property tax numbers up there, would cost the team somewhere between $180 and $210 million a year.

That, that's the difference in profitability and not in, in, in some cases.

The stadium in the NFL that pays the highest property tax rate is SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
