So looking forward, what excites you about the future?
16:10
I think like, uh, we are now in a, in a time where like, like everything is possible and I think like even 50 years ago you were claiming the same but with all the like innovation that is kicking in and obviously like I don't want to iterate too much on the bas- uh, buzzwords of like AI and like all those kind of things because this is like a new technology that is accelerating quite a lot and will like change a lot of lives but I think like over the past decades there have been several changes to our society where we all adapted to.
16:41
But I, I, I'm really excited like personally I would say that like the whole health and wellbeing topic is so present in our society so that excites me personally a lot because I'm a lot into longevity and-
16:55
Yeah
16:55
... like self optimization and those kind of things so this excites me a lot.
16:59
From a corporate perspective I think like I just told you, uh, the next 10 years are pretty clear, uh, for Decathlon so I'm super stoked and I'm really committed for the next few years like to stick around, um, if they allow me to.
17:13
Uh, because I think it's just a, a, for me really a, a no-brainer winning story i- if we do just a few things right.
17:20
And also like really listening to the consumer.
24:00
What would you change to make releases easier for everybody?
24:07
That's a very good question.
24:10
I think.
24:12
Well, one thing that I really noticed is that with a lot of customers, especially when we implement new changes into an existing org that's already used, is that they are very careful about what you implement or what you deploy to production.
24:27
Of course, because they don't want these new developments to interrupt the current work that they're currently doing.
24:33
So because of that...
24:35
when I have like a big project where we are doing a lot of changes into an existing org or for an existing org, they're very hesitant and we sort of develop this and deploy to UAT and then they want to test for a long time before actually releasing into production.

Like what would you say to those people that struggle to get management buy-in for a DevOps process or changing anything about the way that they and their Salesforce team works?
