You mentioned already 4 billion, 17,000 employees, but tell us a little bit more.
16:39
Yeah, we've been in existence 70 years.
16:41
We really were started and founded, um, as a community-based health system.
16:46
It was a, uh, people went door to door on the east side of Indianapolis to raise money to build a hospital 'cause there was no hospital services there.
16:53
So that's how the name came about.
16:55
People confuse us with, uh, as a community, um, center.
17:00
It's not.
21:24
Uh, so, so tell us about sort of that philosophy of sort of partnering outside of yourself in order to do the be- make the best experiences as you're talking about.
13:09
So where are some of those areas right now?
13:11
Yeah, I mean, obviously, RevCycle is a huge area for AI.
13:16
We're about to launch next month.
13:18
We're going to launch autonomous coding for primary care and then roll it out to specialty care.
13:22
That's going to be a huge, I mean, we've long implemented ambient listening years ago.
13:27
I mean, I think that's a game changer clinically.
13:29
We're about to launch that for nurses.

32:14
But curious your take on this whole big movement now around longevity and preventative health.
13:09
So like what, where are some of those areas right now?
13:11
Yeah, I mean, obviously rev cycle is a huge area for, for AI.
13:16
Um, we're, we're about to launch next month, we're gonna launch autonomous coding for primary care and then roll it out to specialty care.
13:22
That's gonna be a huge...
13:23
I mean, we've long implemented, uh, ambient listening years ago.
13:27
I mean, I think that's a game changer clinically.
13:29
We're about to launch that for nurses.

30 MINS LATER

43:16
Like, I guess, what does that look like today?
16:37
And so maybe talk a little bit about your effort, community health efforts around trying to address and attack the both the acute and chronic workforce challenges here?
16:48
Yeah, I mean, I think the acute challenges, you know, or some of that, let's take it backwards.
16:52
Some of the chronic challenges, we have to address things like burnout.
16:56
You know, we appreciate the legislature acting to increase the penalties for violence against healthcare workers.
17:03
I mean, those things are just things that you don't even think about on a day-to-day basis, but those are Those are incredibly impactful, and it takes such a long time to educate a physician, a pharmacist, a nurse, or APP or other, whoever it might be in healthcare, that when we have a person that leaves healthcare for a reason like violence against them, That, in my mind, is just unacceptable to have highly educated, highly trained people leave in the workforce.
17:31
So we have chronic systemic problems that we have to address.
17:36
The documentation burden, dealing with the EMRs.
20:43
So maybe talk a little bit about that landscape and what challenges we face there and the opportunity we have.
