I know you've put out some social media stuff and whatnot about your thoughts, but just generally, what did you make of kind of the five and a half months we got of Henrik Rydström and how this was all

handled? I never got a sense that Rydström was doing what he wanted to do.

The roster is imperfect, there's a level of evolution.

sounded like it might not be the best cultural fit between the team, which, you know, is expecting a certain style of manager in Rootstrom and his his staff, which, you know, will coach a certain way.

And I guess if it's not working out and you make that realization and it's at all made that realization, you rip the bandaid off regardless.

Like you make a mistake.

You've got to solve the mistake now.

you've got to reconcile that.
