Patrick FrancoGUEST
I feel like there's been somewhat of a shift in the practice of yoga overall, you know, really post COVID.

Patrick FrancoGUEST
Number one, I feel like there's, like when I was coming through yoga and I was like 20 something years old, there was like, if you wanted some spiritual practice in a way, like yoga was the thing.

Patrick FrancoGUEST
And I feel like over the last number of years, there are more options, I guess, you know, and like yoga studios post COVID are not that number one, there's less studios in New York city.

Patrick FrancoGUEST
And I think students are looking at other avenues for spirituality, whether it's like sound healing, whether it's, you know, just different avenues like wellness in general overall.
