So is the port thinking about that future? What are some of the things you're building into this new cruise terminal that will last through that development pattern?

I think for us, the first crew terminal is the most important.

And if demand maintains high, Cruise Terminal 6, which is where Cruise Terminal 4 is now, we want to replace that with a newer terminal.

The wharf's 100 years old.

And then we're focused on building the parking adjacent to the terminal to pull the people closer to the cruise terminals.

It would give us extra capacity in the Channel Side parking garage, which we own.

That could be for the community.
