Where do you see it the most and how do you handle it?

Well, it's pretty hard to handle at times.

And I think where I see it the most is that crossover between the staff who has the expertise and the legislature who has the pressure from their constituents to have services or have expanded services.

And then the ability to take that expertise that comes through the professionals and balance that.

Because sometimes we as legislators or policymakers believe just because we have a piece of information that we know more.

And so that often can push for an imbalance.
