So there's little things to help you through that kind of stuff.

The seminars that you can go to, go five years before.

Because you get Social Security, which I'm receiving.

The HRA guy there, the health retirement guy is there, the ING guy is there, and the pension folks are all there answering questions and some really good answers and ideas and taxes, though they can't specifically say that's like, well, this is taxable, this is not, but they can do that kind of thing.

And then just to follow up, My health insurance, the first pension check I received, I went online and looked and it's like, ooh, that's way too much because they hadn't taken health insurance out, which I have automatically deducted because that's a tax savings as well.

There's a thing from 2005 that if you have your uh... health payment your uh... insurance taken directly out of your pension check you can then write that three thousand dollars off a year uh... as a not a credit but as a deduction So I was kind of looking at that.

it is so important and it sounds cliche but it's so tough for schools particularly in leadership the amount of challenges they face and it's this offset versus compliance accessibility as a whole tends to fall within the remit of compliance and and we do fall into this this idea of it being bottomed out with a with a policy that's as a date updated every once or every three years And it's a checklist that we work through.

And one of the biggest things that we're trying to change, really, is to provide schools with tools to try and embed this as part of the culture and just take a step back, really.

Be thoughtful and be curious about what's going on within each individual child's life.
