Um, as you get closer to the ocean, basically once you get on the, the foothills of the Smoky Mountains on the eastern side, on the North Carolina side, hickory starts to, uh, thin out and it's just predominantly oak.

So, uh, we use hickory, they use oak.

Um, you know, a lot of it's live oak, especially if you get really close to the shore or really close to those counties that are, are touching the ocean.

And that's, uh, that's really about it.

It's really about the size of the hog, that we need that skin to protect that belly and that shoulder within its fat-
