So I'm naturally an incredibly strong introvert.

I can fake it well at this point in my career, but I have been all my life.

And one of the awesome things about computers is you can play with them by yourself or do something by yourself.

Is there like how many agent like real agentic use cases are there for you? And how much of this is like in the real world out there? How much of this is true? What other companies are telling us and how much of this is still like happening down the road? And how do you see it will be?

Like, how do you think about what were some, like, kind of like core things that you were working on, and how do you kind of like evolve with these, like, three different phases as the executive and CTO of the company?

Yeah.

So I think, you know, you're right.

In early days of ServiceNow, um, it, it was all about, like, can we build a product that solves a problem people have? And then can we actually explain it to them? Like, if you hit those two boxes, you, and it gives value, you probably got a business.

Um, but if you don't, it really doesn't matter, like, how amazing your technology is or how amazing your vision is.

You got, you gotta have both.

You gotta have good product, and you gotta have, um, you know, a real product market fit, you know, fancy way to put it.
