Kind of tell us about how you got into real estate and all that.

So I'll try and do like an abridged version because it's longer.

I started investing in real estate when I was 23.
1:24
I started doing it with my best friend, Diego Corzo.

We did house hacking and we started buying single family homes and renting them by the room.

Fast forward 10 years, I started working at a venture capital firm called Techstars, where basically we invest 150K checks in early stage companies.

1:40
And so I'm actively trying to figure this out.
1:43
So, you know, I think when it comes to my portfolio, it's like a $5 million plus portfolio that I'm trying to figure out what to put where.
1:54
And I, you know, have a quarter of it in debt funds.
1:59
I've got a quarter of it in my own single family portfolio that I operate on my own, like single family homes in Atlanta.
