How has that technical foundation influenced the way you approach developing future officers at RMC?

You've done your homework.

I'm a very proud CLE officer.

I joined, this is the trade I wanted.

I wanted to study in computer science and I wanted to be a CLE officer right from the start.

I would say both my degree and my early work really focus on curiosity, logic, problem-solving.

And really thinking about systems of systems.

What leadership lessons did you take from operating in such a unique and strategically important environment?
