I think we've been in the largest uncontrolled human experiment in history in the past 60 years or so, uh, maybe a little bit less, with junk food, right? And, like, does anybody think we're healthier on average? Absolutely not.

Chronic disease is up.

Six in 10 adults now have a chronic ex- disease, and even more worrisome, four in 10 kids now have a chronic disease.

And that's gonna be generational with ep- epigenetics.

Like, you're just setting the bar more and more unhealthy for every preceding generation.

And so I think, you know, my own journey, waking up, understanding that, I think a lot of people, and kudos to you to helping people un- discover that and wake up to the, the truth, is that this food is slowly killing us.

But a lot of it was like motivational, you know, phrases.

And she wrote she must have been, you know, this is pre-kid.
