So I was just thinking, again, because Language Angels is there and exists and it's such a good tool for the non-specialist to teach from, what is it that you think that makes it stand out in terms of taking that fear of the subject away and being able to deliver something that maybe you've not done yourself since you were 13, if ever?

Paolo PiniGUEST
the primary school teachers and from our side it's understanding what their reality is day in day out and i think again one of the core principles around which we built the company um you know the team is made up of teachers so we that these guys know what the reality is for a classroom experience someone who stands in front of a bunch of kids and having to deliver a lesson it's a challenge it's not always easy it's tough you've got to be good at what you're doing and we built language angels to say, look, this, you know, for primary school teachers, languages is a small part of their teaching week, but it's a disproportionately large part of the stress they feel about their teaching week, because generally in the vast majority of cases, they're not a specialist in their subject.

Paolo PiniGUEST
We said, well, if this is ever going to work, um we've got to make it so that the teachers can do this as part of their normal teaching week without adding to their stress levels without adding to their workload and all we want from them is 10 minutes of prep and that's how we build everything we do we're trying to give them back some of their time we're trying to balance the amount of stress they feel about languages to the amount of actual time it is on their timetable it shouldn't be disproportionate we're going to make this something you can do we're going to give you full support you have the comfort the confidence so that you can actually go in there and do what you do best which is delivering a brilliant lesson to your kids you do it every day across you know tens of subjects this doesn't have to be different we can make you able to do it for languages too

Francesca PiniGUEST
But we're trying to guide them all the way through so they don't have all of those extra layers of stress that teachers really don't need.

Paolo PiniGUEST
Yeah, I mean, as Francesca said, we're always looking to innovate and to try and keep the platform being the best solution for as many teachers as possible.
