This is almost like a lot of people aren't ready for what's happening.

That's very true.

You know, one of the things that I see throughout my work and my containers and just with my spiritual community and with myself is that we have to hold compassion and grace for ourselves.

We really have to understand that not only did we ask to come here to have this experience on planet Earth, you know, in this reality, but, um, our soul asked to be expressed and expanded.

But our physical body, like the, the person that we are, we're able, we have to process the emotions.

We get to have all these experience, and they're tough, and, and it's normal.

And when our world shakes up and, and our, and the breakdowns come, you know, fear is a part of that, and I feel some, you know, it's a necessary experience that we have to have, and suffering is a part of that, and that's where the growth happens, and that's where realizations happen, and that's when surrender happens.

But whatever you're guided to share, we'll, we're, we're very open to hear.

And I was like,

that's exactly how my father transitioned.

He died of alcohol.

And, um, he goes, or we, you know, I might go to you.

And I literally was like, what just happened? So he goes, we're going to get started.

And so he comes over to me and he goes, your father's here.

I, you know, he wants you to know how talented you are.

So when we start, I know that you're going to do the cacao ceremony, right? And do the heart opening.

And I am going to one of the things that I do.

So the trans channeling is I connect to these super high frequency dimensional beings called the Great Council of Light.

I am an aspect of them.

So it took me a while to understand that about myself and I had to own it and I couldn't say it and here I am, right? And I have for the last year been doing not just connecting to this higher guidance and receiving this information and this wisdom.

but I have been downloaded with this technology continually.

the more you talk with people, the more you find out, "Oh, I had an experience when I was a kid." I hear it all the time.

"I woke up and there were gray beings by my bed.

Um, I wanna find out more information about that." Or, "I had this experience.

I, I saw this outside of my..." Just like what you said.

And so it's becoming more normalized.

I, I feel like if we were to go out there and use the proper equipment, we'd see them everywhere.
