What did you have to do to respond to those funding cuts? And really, what impact will it have on public media going forward?

Yeah, that was a curveball.

That continues to be probably our biggest challenge, that our federal funding was lost.

We in public media had challenges to our federal funding in the past, and we met that moment.

And most Americans will tell you that they want and value public media.

PBS and NPR routinely are the most trusted and credible media outlets as surveyed by Americans.

So we fought a really hard and I think valiant fight to retain our funding and we lost it.
