What are some of the things that you look for in a facility when people come to you?

That's a really good question.

Actually, one of my very best friends called me this morning asking about her significant other's mother, whom I've never met, right? And she's like, so what would be the best place for her? And I said, okay, dial it back.

You know how this goes.

We need to look at the three C's.

We need to take a look at care.

What kind of care does she need today? What kind of care can we maybe...

So as you've helped clients, what have you found that they have said about working with you and some of the things they've liked about some of those facilities?
