What's your own definition of culture? And, you know, why should it be a priority for any company wanting to be successful?

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, just to sort of take one step back, I was reflecting on our conversation today and I thought to myself, if you went on the street and asked any random person, could you define culture for me in one sentence? I think pretty much everybody would struggle with what does it actually mean? How could you define it? We all know what it is.

We all live and breathe it.

We all have it in our personal lives and the world that we live in and the business that we work for.

But could you actually define it? So I thought I might just begin, if I may, by just actually telling everybody what the actual definition is.

So we're all starting off the same hymn sheet, so to speak.

So what does a healthy sales environment look like to you and what do you guys do to actually kind of create that?
