So I am 28.

My name is Paige and I'm from Ballyferma originally.

I am a trans woman.

So I transitioned from male to female when I was 15, 16, I'd say.

I started socially transition when I was 16, but I started taking cross-sex hormones when I was 15.

I grew up quite I wouldn't say unhappy but I'd say I always looked at myself in the mirror and the reflection wasn't the person that I really ever was I think I always looked at myself and never recognised the person I was and it's very freeing I think now since I've had SRS I'm two years post-op now gender reassignment surgery and I think being able to live my life now in a way that I never was able to live before in my entire life is something that I wake up every day and I kind of, I get emotional thinking about it because it's, I've never, I've never had the life that I have now.

And then why do I feel different? And then you go to 12, 13, it's a whole new ball game.
