But there are quite a few issues just around that statement on there.

Yeah, yeah, it's interesting, isn't it? Where do you start, right? It's one of those things.

And I think the problem is, is that growth has become one of the most overused words in the business.

Everyone says they want growth, but very few people stop to define what that actually means for their business.

And I think that's the main problem.

Ultimately, growth is commercial.

It's always about the numbers, obviously.

so if a business is determined that growth is what they they actually want and with that in mind that there are obviously lots of different kind of solutions and methods of growth what should a company do initially where do they actually start to work out what that growth is going to look like
