So how did this one get bumped up? Was it just logistics or was there, is this something like, you know, obviously we don't want to give it away in terms of the, the, what it is other than we know it's a movie, right? It's not like a, it's more similar to the OG Reviver, the first one, than the other releases, right?
11:59
Yeah, it's definitely more similar to that one.
12:01
I think when we were doing the authoring, I gave that one as like a reference where it's like, instead of having like a pre-show, pre-show, which is basically like shorts related to the feature or highlighting aspects of the feature, this is just gonna be a feature, but then it was all built up on things that we also got within the acquisition.
12:24
which means like, to me, like with the different ones, there's the pre-show and then the feature classic method.
12:31
There's the double feature method of the theatrical viewing.
12:35
There's the shorts program aspect of, you know, theatre screening to me this kind of release is the one that I'm the most kind of excited about to me it's the marquee the marquee feature something that brings people in because you get to tell the whole story from beginning to end so yeah it's one single film it's not going to be any shorts but we went really all out in terms of like going way overboard I can say this which is that the Ryan Verrill once said to me in our first talk he said I'd like to do it would be so cool to do a a release where you cover it from beginning to end and go through every step of the process.
13:30
And I was like, that is also my dream.

36:56
Was there ever talks of this being a box set versus individual releases or anything along those lines?
10:27
Right
10:27
... like again, they gave th-this to us for free.
10:29
They could've charged us however much, and we needed that one reel because one of the reels was missing.
10:36
They gave it to us for free, and the reason why they had that one reel, um, and the whole answer print rather, was 'cause it premiered in Rochester, and then it just, he was just like, Frank LoPresti was just like, "It should stay in Rochester.
10:50
That's where it premiered, so that's where it'll lie." And it was just all circumstantial and al- you know, there's, uh, it's-- if you, if I'm not a broken record already, it's that the fucking like archives are always gonna be doing things behind the scenes that no one gets to see.
11:08
And even when you see your discs, all the work that's put into them, like there are so many films that are not on a disc yet, not on anything yet, and people are still focusing on those films regardless of whether or not you, you hold it yet.
11:22
And that's the whole goal, to kind of get it to a place where it's not just sitting in an archive so that we can all kind of like, you know, shit on it eventually or like-
