Yeah, so to give you a little bit of background of how I found out about it, I think it helps.

And I ran a consultancy for 13 years, which it started off as a finance director consultant.

But it very much moved towards an overarching board consultant, given that most problems within the business aren't actually to do with the finance or the money.

It's to do with the people.

And I like to call it ugly baby syndrome.

You can't see any ugliness in your own baby.
