That three months and six months exit is extremely speculative.

If you want to do that, w- get into trading, learn about share market, learn about other stuff.

Uh, probably you can do that there.

But in real estate, if you're investing in real estate, it's, it's usually three to five years a short term, and it's always good to have a long-term vision in real estate wherein you are able to sustain with the same property for 10 years You will, you will make money.

Uh, second thing, uh, when you said-- You know, I think a lot of people, the reason they make bad decisions or sometimes they don't make decisions on time is because they are not informed well.
