Do you mean that less people will go or need to go to have formal education, general education, and you would think that more vocational education is needed? Or is it a combination of both? Or, you know, is it even reasonable to think about formal education the way it used to be thought of with AI, with people basically cheating, homework being very difficult to control? So how do you see the evolution of all this educational system that we've lived in?
6:43
Yes, we need to have a much better system for developing kids at different stages.
6:50
As you know, every human brain is different.
6:52
Each of us are motivated and interested in different things.
6:55
And I've come out publicly and said that the public education system around the world fails about two-thirds of kids today.
7:02
And the reason is, is we treat every kid the same, and we want every kid to progress in the same subjects and to be taught in the same way when we know that each brain is different.
7:11
So that model was developed, I think, partly by the Brits when they were exporting bureaucrats to the colonial empire, partly by the Prussians who also, like when they were industrializing in Germany.

So how do you think the role of the CEO will change in the future with all these things that we're talking about and in particular with AI? First of all, what has changed in your own way of working since AI? Maybe nothing, like you can say.
