How do we go from living in England to now living in Australia? What sent you down the road to become the chef to start with? Because you're a pretty well-known chef, aren't you, from Sydney?

Yeah, so I started cooking in London in the 90s.

I worked for a couple of Michelin star chefs there, which I really enjoyed.

But yeah, England's a great place, but it's a bit cold and it's a bit wet.

And I always wanted to live by the beach in a warm place.

So we came over to Australia.

And then ended up in Sydney.

So the first one was the one into two subdivision.
