Like I'd never seen that before.

Book talent that, you know, was expected to be there.

All of our talent was like our, our friends and family that we always wanted to play.

And then we got lucky and Jamie Foxx showed up two years in a row and performed Joe Jonas and DNCE when they came out with Cake by the Ocean, like performed.

Kind of take us through the trials and tribulations of building an event out and how you make money from it and where the money comes from.

Right.

So in this case, using model volleyball as the case study, it has always been, up until this year, a free and open to the public event.

So we were relying solely on sponsorships, any on-site food and beverage revenue, and our table service, which was limiting because if we didn't crush it going into it with sponsorships, we were really relying on the on-site revenue to do the rest of the work for us, which is why we were so excited for the first time this year to fence in the event and open up larger revenue streams.

One, we'd never booked talent.

The Jamie Foxx's, the Travis Scott's, the Joe Jonas's, like those were impromptu opportunities to get those guys there that showed up.

We never promoted those.

I'm like, I know who that is.
