I think for as long as I can remember, I've always just loved alone time, even when I was super young, and just, like, I feel like I have this ability to just always entertain myself and have so much fun with myself.

I'm always talking to myself, and I don't think I do experience a lot of that negative self-talk that I think a lot of women do experience, and putting themselves down, and, like, looking in the mirror and, like, not liking what they see.

Not saying that I always love what I see, but I think I do have that ability, maybe it's my little superpower, of just, like, being so obsessed with trying to become the best version of myself and being able to be my own little hype queen and, yeah, just like love my own company.

... my race season is so far away and I actually don't know when my next race is, and it could be, like, six months away.

So it is hard to sorta show up on these very repetitive [laughs] track sessions every week without that sort of end date in sight.

Um, for me at the moment, I feel like I'm actually the most motivated I've ever felt, which is strange for this time of year, 'cause every year in winter I'm just dragging myself to the track, and it's because I am so focused and, like, particular on what I'm trying to work on.

Do you think all retailers should be moving into resale? Or is it a little bit more nuanced?

It's a question we get all the time.

Should we do it? If we do it, how should we do it so that this isn't a huge cost thing for us? Because obviously the cost and complexity of reverse logistics, of cleaning, of remarketing, it's so expensive to take back stuff as a business and then resell it.

You've got to think quite carefully about the model that works and you've got to think quite carefully about how you make a margin on it.

The businesses that have been most successful in doing it themselves have a few kind of shared characteristics.

So they typically sit at a sort of upper mid-market or premium price point.
