Talk us through a bit, like, how you've monetized your presence online.

Kind of by accident.

I mean, obviously my first priority is growing the business.

That will always be the part of the flywheel.

There's TopTier Travel and Travel With Livie, and those two things are running in tandem all the time.

For me, I got signed by WME about a year and a half ago with a lot of TV show deals on the table, and books, and podcasts, and all those things.

Um, we've really taken that slow.

What can you tell us about that?

But I obviously want to know the craziest client request because this was when you had a client who asked for lobster from a different ocean.

Yeah, I would say, I mean, the one that really got me because I felt like a bit of a rude person for judging this was the Lyme situation.

I don't know if you ever saw that one.

So we had a woman that was, of course, food in general.

We have tons of food requests.

We have so many people with preferences, allergies, things that they're just really particular about.

I personally am allergic to gluten and dairy and it's very frustrating when I don't have options.

So like, do you have those cusp places? I have a

I just, I think I've always been somebody that doesn't accept no, so when I see something I really wanna be a part of, I jump head in.

So when I met Troy, I just fell in love with the business.

I'm like, "You have something here," and I thought it was really magical.

So I have to know, are they parodies or are you really talking to your clients on the phone in these TikToks?

So originally, um, I'll tell you kind of a backstory of what happened.

My business partner and I were sitting, and, um, we were just getting berated by this woman that was not even a client.

I have different standards for people that are my clients and people that are not my clients.

And she just was going nuts about all these things she needed and was not happy with, with her last travel agent.
