So I guess remind listeners what Clore Station is and why the developers are betting on that area.

Yeah, so we first reported on it back in 2018, and it's basically a 500-acre plot of land out in Oldham County.

And the Clore family has owned it basically forever, what it seems like.

But the farmland has been farmed over and over again.

The family knew it was time that they were going to need someone to develop on it or develop something on it.

And so now the Clore family brought on DPZ, which has been a global planning firm to help map out what's going there.

And they're sort of planning a Norton Commons or a similar to Norton Commons development project.
