Can you share your kind of journey into business resilience? What inspired you to kind of choose this career path?

So I think in this career, I mean, in this expertise, we see a lot of people coming from like the military or people with technical backgrounds.

I have none of those.

My background is in political science.

And I majored in security, defense and strategic studies back in France.

And I initially really started my career in the security and defense sectors.

So if someone new is entering the industry, a lovely lady is joining the industry, kind of wants to know about the world of business resilience or wants to kind of get ahead in business resilience, what would be your kind of main advice you'd give to her?
