you're in the public eye quite a lot and the media do you feel pressure to look a certain way

I think everyone does in a sense.

I think because of social media as well, you do.

I think when I'm on set, no, like I'm so used to seeing myself in all different kinds of looks, like you said earlier.

So that doesn't bother me.

As far as I'm concerned, like I'm just the mannequin on the day and I'm happy to go with that person's vision.

You know, that's my part in the creative process.

age? At all ages, then and now.

age 15 is the year that you like you say you found your confidence and you probably grew into your look so let's think about you as a model and how you viewed yourself growing up what did your view of your body image look like at that age

I mean, up until 40, I'd say 14, I hadn't even really thought about looks that much because my family didn't really focus on them.

Like that was like, nobody in my family is into like, they like fashion, but you know, they're not in the fashion industry.

That's not, that's not really put, value's not put on that, you know? Especially with my grandparents and everything, like they had like way more value on education and, you know, values, things like that, which is obviously also important.

But yeah, I don't think it had really occurred to me.

And I don't actually know that it would have done in all honesty, even throughout school and everything, if it wasn't for social media.

it would say that actually played a huge part for me kind of becoming aware of like you know my looks and just being aware of your appearance in general I think because I kind of started with Vivo and then Facebook and then by the time I think I was 17 must have been when Instagram came out and I thought it was just for filters you know they used to have all the filters at the beginning so I thought it was just that I didn't know anybody could see me And then I remember like, I got like a message saying, oh, these people are following you.

So thinking about the podcast that you're going to do with a median, what are you going to try and get out of them? What is it that you're looking for?
