But what did they do in the first half that made the Sounders think they could get their first win in nine or ten games?

They were really good at swinging the ball around and keeping it away from the attacking line.

how do you sort of model it and look at it in terms of like a payback period or like what what is the way that you have that conversation with your clients for them to really understand the numbers and go okay like this is exactly the pathway or how it works

Um, so you re-stump it with basically, you have to cut holes in the floor or depends if you can get under it.

So you put concrete posts under the whole house, which is great, and then you have to leave it for about a week for it to settle, and when the property settles is when all the cracks can start to appear, minor cracks here and there, um, as, as the house settles.

Now, that's where the problem is.

This property is all asbestos sheeting internal.
