Okay? So I would go out there and I would, like, I follow now, like, the top 20, 30 tech entrepreneurs around the globe, because actually I love the fact that they're talking about trends, and then it actually helps you to having discussions with other people.

You know, some of the great, like, the, the FT does a really good one now, rather than having a newspaper and flicking through.

You can listen to FT and they'll do one-minute clips of what's happening, and business owners and entrepreneurs and other successful people in real estate.

Follow all of them, and by the time that you're two or three days in, once you've just watched their content, that's all you get pushed with.
