And this is the brief, right?

This is, um, the state's brief first, 'cause this is what the state said.

This, this, the prosecution wrote a brief last week, or it was filed on July 28th, and the first line of their brief, it says, "This is as likely a straightforward a bindover decision as this court will ever see." That's what the state said.

The state even calls this, says it's not a closed case.

So they are ob- it says, "This isn't a closed case." That's on page six.

So the state is coming in with a lot of hyperbole.

The state also said in their closing arg- in their brief to the court that because Tyler Robinson's DNA was found on the screwdriver, therefore, that's evidence that the screwdriver was used to assemble and disassemble the rifle.
