For you, how much of that are you consuming and how much of that kind of informed how honest and candid you were able to be in the book?

I've always been a real person who, when I'm sharing my story, I just tell it like it is.

I had to let everything that's in my heart for this book to flow.

come alive.

It is very raw.

It's very vulnerable.

It is everything that I am and everything that has shaped me and molded me to be the person that I am.

What does breaking those cycles look like for you in the everyday reality of raising your kids? How does it show up and what is the journey like for you in being the cycle breaker?
