What happens? Because I think this next part of your story is really interesting because you took some steps that not a lot of people take.

So, you know, I was probably 22 years old, maybe 23.

And I realized I'd been to several machine shops besides the one I worked at.

And I realized that I probably had, from an employee standpoint, about as big a machine shop as I had ever seen.

And I thought, we're just going to do this for the next 40 years.

And that did not seem very appealing to me.

I really like a challenge.

It's really impressive.
